How to Craft an Amulet in RS3 (Runescape 3)

One of the most rewarding things you can do in Runescape is earning a master skillcape. These capes are only available for those who have reached level 99 in their chosen skill, and they’re one of the few items that are guaranteed to make people stare when you walk by. The cape itself is black with a gold trim, but it also has an emblem on the back which symbolizes your achievement. And unlike some other rewards, there is absolutely no way to buy or trade your way into getting this cape. You earn it through dedication and perseverance alone!

Find a Gold Amulet, Silver Amulet, and Uncut Sapphire

Gold Amulet:

The first item you’re going to need is a gold amulet. This can be obtained in a few different ways, but the simplest way is to simply buy it from another player. The price will vary depending on the current market value, but you can expect to spend around 2-3 million gold coins on it.

Silver Amulet:

The next item you need is a silver amulet. This one is a bit harder to come by, as there are only a few monsters that drop it. The best place to start is by killing icefiends, which can be found in the Asgarnian Ice Dungeon. You can also try your luck at the Brim Agility Arena, where you can gain access by paying a one-time fee of 875 tokens. Keep in mind that it has the same drop rate as the gold amulet, so you’ll need to kill thousands of monsters before you get lucky enough to get it!

Uncut Sapphire:

The final item you’ll need is an uncut sapphire. If you have a sapphire amulet, then you can skip this step since it will already be cut. The easiest way to get your hands on one is by killing monsters that drop gems. There are plenty of them all around Gielinor , so there’s no reason not to find a few and start slaying!

Craft the amulet by using a goldsmith’s hammer on an unenchanted amulet

Once you have all of the necessary items, it’s time to craft the amulet. This is a simple process that can be done at any goldsmith’s workshop. Just use your goldsmith’s hammer on the amulet to transform it into a gold amulet.

Use the Crafting Table to cut the sapphire into 3 pieces with a chisel

Next, you need to cut the sapphire into 3 pieces. This is as simple as using a chisel on it at your Crafting Table to create three uncut sapphires.

How to string amulet osrs

After you have your gold amulet, silver amulet, and uncut sapphire, it’s time to string them together. To do this, head over to the Crafting Table and select the ‘String Jewellery’ option. This will open up a window with your various gem slots. Put the three uncut sapphires in the slot for gems and then select ‘Done’.

Wear it and get ready for some good luck!
